"Reduces manual work" is an easy claim to make and a hard one to make concrete. The chart below is an illustrative example — not measured client data — showing the kind of shift we typically design for: manual interventions per process area, after failure-aware automation replaces manual exception handling.
Where the Remaining Interventions Go
Automation doesn't eliminate every manual touch — nor should it. The remaining interventions are concentrated in exactly the cases that should stay human-reviewed: genuine exceptions, not routine steps that happened to be manual before.
The Point Isn't Zero Manual Work
The goal was never to remove people from the loop entirely — it's to make sure the manual work that's left is the kind that actually needs a person, not the kind that was manual only because nobody had automated it yet.
